The Journey: We are partnering with a highly gifted sound healer for a gentle, deeply relaxing 2-hour experience. It’s a completely approachable way to facilitate a biological reset. We set up a beautiful, intentional space filled with candlelight and plush blankets so you can just lie back, clear out the noise, and let your body truly rest. 🔥 A Warm, Comforting Environment: This journey takes place in a gently cooled "Hot Yoga" studio.
