In-Person Somatic Breathwork: Breathe, Relax, and Rejuvenate
Service Description
In this one-on-one in-person Somatic Breathing session, you’ll be able to reduce stress and anxiety, increase peace, clarity, and rejuvenation, and identify and release blocked emotions and patterns that may be hindering you in life. Your practitioner will serve as a facilitator, guiding you through the process and establishing a safe, trusting, and supportive environment for you to explore your emotions. What To Expect: • You’ll receive clear and gentle instructions at the start of the session, ensuring your comfort and safety. • You'll begin by lying on a yoga mat with your eyes closed. This creates a peaceful environment for deep relaxation. • Rhythmic music will set the tone as you are guided through specific breathing techniques to help activate the body's natural healing processes. • Your practitioner will offer guidance and support as needed, using verbal cues to help you navigate your journey. They will hold space for you to release any blockages, physically express, and emotionally process your feelings. • Throughout the session, they will carefully observe your breathing patterns and body language to assess your progress and needs. Your practitioner will be present to offer tailored guidance, emotional support, and encouragement throughout the session. • The session concludes with a sense of peace, relaxation, and integration of your experience, so you can leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and empowered. Sessions are 90 minutes and are led by Soma+IQ certified practitioners at SomaYama Breath in Nampa.
