Service Description
Be guided through somatic breathing techniques to release, reset, and rejuvenate. Private Somatic Immersions are offered at your venue. Mats, meditation pillows and masks are provided. If you want to host a bigger group or want to host at a time not available on the booking page, pls get in touch. A travel charge of $20 applies for locations further than 40 minutes from Nampa, ID. For venues further than an 1-hour from Nampa, ID, please get in touch prior to booking.
