When a close friend faces a battle with cancer, we come together to lift them up. We at SomaYama are deeply honored to participate in the Sacred Reset Retreat to help raise crucial medical funds for our dear friend, Trinity Cook.

​

This weekend brings together an incredible collective of local practitioners who are generously sharing their gifts—from restorative sound baths and sacred cacao ceremonies to liberating expressive movement.

​

At the retreat, Norm and Toni will be guiding two distinct, purposefully designed sessions—Centering Breathwork to anchor awareness, and an immersive Somatic Breathwork session, where you can safely drop your guard and let go of the invisible weight you’ve been carrying. These sessions offer a safe physical outlet to discharge accumulated stress, clear out stored trauma, and pull your system out of a chronic survival loop into deep, restorative recovery. This state of grounded openness perfectly prepares your system to receive, process, and integrate the healing frequencies of the sound baths, the heart-opening properties of the cacao ceremony, and the fluid expression of the movement sessions on a much deeper, permanent level.
