SomaYama® BREATH: The Nampa Studio Sanctuary Transformation is deeper when shared in a safe, intimate circle. This private group session for up to five people offers a "bottom-up" somatic experience that bypasses mental loops to achieve a true collective release. Whether you are bringing family, close friends, or a small team, we provide the space to reach the roots of what is holding you back. The Process We begin with 30 minutes of Nervous System Mapping for the group to set intentions and identify where stress is held in the body. Because your safety is our priority, we thoroughly explain the process, ensuring everyone feels grounded, comfortable, and supported before the breathwork begins. Expert Guidance Facilitated by Norm and Toni Poulsen, both Certified Somatic Breathwork™ Practitioners. We provide a "Balanced Container" of masculine and feminine energy in our quiet, sacred Nampa studio, ensuring a professional and nurturing environment for your group’s reset. Our Space or Yours While this session is designed for our private Nampa sanctuary, we also travel on-location for groups up to 26 people at an additional cost.
