In our welcoming South Nampa studio, Norm or Toni will guide you through a personalized, two-hour experience that invites each of you to explore your own breath, body awareness, and personal discoveries while sharing the journey together. Your experience includes time for personal discovery, guided Somatic Breathwork, and integration. There's no pressure to share personal stories, have the same experience, or arrive with a particular goal.
