Step away from everyday distractions and make space for connection through a private, two-hour Couples Somatic Breathwork experience. Guided by Norm or Toni, you'll each have room to explore your own breath, body awareness, and personal experience while sharing something meaningful together. Your session includes personal discovery, guided Somatic Breathwork, and time for integration.
